Simple Fantasy RPG
A downloadable game
What is Simple Fantasy RPG?
Simple Fantasy RPG (SFRPG) is a tabletop RPG specifically made for solo play. Inspired by EZD6 and the basic d6 oracle system, SFRPG uses no crunch and provides a smooth playing experience for players who prefer story-focused games rather than stat-focused games.
What rules should I expect before downloading?
SFRPG solely uses 2 six-sided dice where you roll to beat the opponent's number and heavily uses advantage/disadvantage. The system has 3 classes, one focused on physical combat, one focused on magic, and one focused on non-combat skills. There are no levels, instead, character progression is done by accruing skills through training, gaining wealth, building reputation, etc.
Why do the rules come in separate booklets/zines?
It was made this way to make it more accessible. Separate books will make it quicker and easier to find specific rules during play and the small size will take up less space at your table and make it easier for travel. The provided print files can be printed on US Letter paper. Setting up the booklets can be a bit difficult at first. The tutorial provided here is recommended if you never made a 16-page zine before.

By the way, the simplest way to fasten the pages is to simply paste a strip of sticky tape over the spine of the booklet ;)
For example:
Smart idea! I used craft glue for the spines and it could be a bit messy!
This is a really cool concept! I like it a lot
